Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 3, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern access to and use of the Clintria platform (the “Service”), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) focused on the operational management of clinical research sites. By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service description
Clintria provides tools for the internal organization of the site: management of patients in protocol, visit scheduling, windows, operational alerts, automations and reports. The Service does not replace official sponsor systems (CTMS, EDC, IWRS, ePRO) nor does it constitute medical, legal or regulatory advice.
The Service may optionally integrate with third-party services, such as Google Calendar. The processing of data from those integrations is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and access
Use of the Service requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must immediately report any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and not to: (a) compromise the security or integrity of the system; (b) access third-party data without authorization; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes. The user is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data uploaded.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, its code, design and trademarks are owned by Clintria or its licensors. No intellectual property right is granted beyond the limited, revocable license described herein.
5. Availability and support
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out scheduled maintenance and updates.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clintria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. The user is responsible for compliance with the rules applicable to clinical research.
7. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the current Terms.
8. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the law applicable in the jurisdiction of the Service provider, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules.
